How does this setup of the guitar?
I saw the DVD one night and saw Megadeth on guitar strap Dave Mustaine, who had this trick looking black block that what stands connected to your guitar How does this work if hes not connected to the amplifier PS Kirk Hammett saw the same thing where I can get one of those wireless things?
It is a wireless transmitter. The signal is sent to a receiver that is connected to the amplifier. Many artists use, since the free being chained to your amplifier. Others believe that a wireless signal does not give the signal Quailty even a whole string direct the tone of the guitar.

Im in need of guitar lessons but not sure i want it from someone else. Any other ideas?! Books. Videos. Tabs.?
Knowing that Guitar lessons might be real expensive id rather choose another option. Possibly books or dvds. Tabs. Anyone know any great ways to learn easy and fast.

I agree with thunderjolt123. Guitar for Dummies is a really good book to teach yourself.
