electric guitar bridge saddles
Intonating an electric guitar?
I know how to sing, the problem is that the note at the 12th fret is flat, and I can move the seat to forward as it is as forward as can be. I have a jam session in the morning and did not ring true when I play certain strings. If it helps, I am using a 1958 Reissue Epiphone Korina Flying V with a fixed bridge.
OK, if I understand correctly, the 12th fret is flat? and you can adjust the bridge? Trying to reach the 12th fret harmonic and then play fret note. These two notes are exactly the same, in accordance with each other? If yes, then the setting is correct, perhaps the bending of the string when you play. If they are in tune and can not adjust the bridge, then you need a professional guitar repair work in their instrument. Perhaps the neck is ill-fitting, perhaps something else needs work. It might cost some money, but the alternative is not to play in Tune – blah.
